Excellent customer service especially from Scott, he gave us a test drive immediately and told us the car is ours today if we want it. They sold me the car with just under a year MOT and full service history to hand which was very handy. So very helpful and was quick to achieve what I wanted. I bought the Skoda estate car to take up to Scotland for commuting and family travel with dogs.

I bought via the £99 deposit facility via Auto trader which worked out all perfectly.

I've just recently driven back up 200+ miles on town, motorway, A and B roads. The car is the best value purchase I've made in 35 years of driving.

Excellent.👍🏻 Bought myself a lovely 2011 2L 4WD Nissan Qashqai Tekna from Fraser & the team (shout out to Mick who helped a lot too). It\'s an ex-disability car so its been really well maintained & what\'s more I got it £1000 cheaper than similar & even lesser cars I\'d been considering that weren\'t as powerful, gadgety, etc. I\'m really pleased with my purchase. Only got it yesterday but it got an immediate 200+ mile test drive & it sailed it, & in comfort too. I\'ve no reservations in recommending these guys. We were looking for a good reliable used car after ours failed its mot and was becoming a money pit . We went to 15 car showrooms over 2 weekends to no avail. All overpriced for what they were and had dints and scratches. Wish I had just come here in the first place! Fraser was really helpful not pushy at all, just offered advice and showed us what he thought would be suitable. Ended up getting a lovely black Ford Fiesta took it for a drive and really liked it. Picked it up last week it was all cleaned and polished and had 2 new tyres and a full years Mot. He ( now named Bertie) looks brand new really pleased. Would highly recommend Fraser took care of all the paperwork for us and even taxed it on our behalf. We also took out an extended 2 year warranty (someone they recommend not with stockport car supermarket) as it was a bargain compared to other companies we had been quoted by, we just wanted peace of mind in these uncertain times of prices going up for cost of living that the car was covered if anything went wrong in the future. There was a slight issue, nothing major, with the brakes and Scott and Steve arranged for the car to be taken straight to the garage and had it resolved the same day. I bought the car from Stockport Car Supermarket. The car was as it was described. The difficult part was a delivery as I live in Scottish Islands. The dealer kept the car for me for three weeks and then delivered it to Edinburgh Airport where I landed early at the morning as only early delivery gave me a chance to get on the ferry on the same day. Everything worked very well and I need to praise the dealer very high for such help.

I have recently bought Mazda 2 from SCS and was dealing with Scott throughout the purchase which was done virtually. Overall purchase process was quite smooth and quick. There was one hiccup during the purchase price when Scott identified an issue with wing mirror and he tried to fix this which took a bit longer time (due to supplier delays) and missed the planned delivery date, however, I would appreciate his integrity as he could easily sent that car in original condition with wing mirror issue. I would highly recommend SCS.

This time I bought a Mazda 6 Estate, which again was as descibed, FSH, clean ,and great condition.. it also had an AA inspection report. I phoned on the Saturday evening and Scott got it ready for me for Sunday morning.. We took it out for a test drive and when I decided to have it, he delivered it Sunday lunchtime! Bought a Citroen C3 last month which was a direct from main dealer 9yr old one owner car with full supplying dealer service history including invoices. Car looked immaculate apart from two rear corner bumper scuffs. One was removed during SCS final valet. Took the car back to supplying dealer for this years service, a major one, plus a safety check two weeks after purchase. Delighted that thorough Dealer Safety Check revealed only three minor items that I didn\'t deem important enough to raise with SCS as I had bought a nine year old car and didn\'t expect perfection. What I bought was an above average condition vehicle, with a proven pedigree, superlative service history. It has returned 63mpg over its first 1118 miles (tank brimmed) which attests to its mechanical efficiency beyond its good looks. As attested elsewhere, Scott and colleagues were professional and matter of fact, courteous and knowledgeable. Expectations exceeded and recommended from my experience.

Absolutely nice people to do business with (at Peel Ctr Retail - SK1 3AX). Scott looked after us in the most professional manner. Very polite and accommodating. His colleague (forgotten his name) was also very pleasant. I saw the Toyota Yaris I wanted on-line in the morning. Called SCS and spoke to Scott who immediately offered to take the car off-sale status to enable me to travel down the motorway to view the vehicle and not miss out on it. On arrival in the afternoon and after the inspection of the car and a test drive, Scott offered cold refreshments on a warm day and also topped-up the gas for the Air-Con without any hesitation, as well as replace a tyre that I had concerns about, due to the long journey home. I̢۪ve just bought a car from SCS and couldn̢۪t fault the process from start to finish. I used Car Gurus to find a car and the one I wanted was at SCS. I emailed late at night and Mick picked up the message next morning, so when I rang he knew the information I was after and explained the process of buying online from start to finish. He sent the AA report to me and pictures of the documents to give me confidence in the sale. He encouraged me to view the pictures of the car online and especially see the video demo they provided. Everything throughout the purchase was spot on. Being able to contact Mick by phone/text/email was reassuring. Paul delivered the car to my workplace and was really friendly, explaining the process and my warranty etc and answering questions about the car such as the push button handbrake which I̢۪d never had before, and how the mirrors move in. Just small details but he was approachable and gave me positive feedback about the car̢۪s drive up to me at Newcastle upon Tyne. The car is exactly how Mick and Paul described, no noises, bangs, shudders - just drives lovely and I can̢۪t recommend SCS highly enough. We are not from the area so knew nothing about the company (other than reading online reviews) so it all felt a little daunting. Scott looked after us and we never felt pressured by him at any time. Bought a Mondeo from the stockport site end of Jan 2020. I dealt with Sean who was very helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was very good and Sean responded to any queries quickly. My only niggle which is not related to the people you deal with is the £100 cost of the vehicle checks that are made which the company wanted to add to the cost. I would have thought was already in the advertised cost. Sean was good to deal with and I\'ve now had the car a week and no surprises so I\'m happy with the service

We visited Peel Centre for a test drive on Fri evening, organised with Nathan who had the car running and ready for us on arrival. Our son had only just passed his test so Nathan checked with him about how confident he felt on the road and then picked a route to suit. He gave all the relevant info without being ‘pushy’. We then returned Sat morning to purchase the car. Slight issue with payment as they could only take online payments. We were directed to the local branch of our bank where we organised the transfer of funds. Walked back to find the car had been valeted and was ready to go. Nathan organised the documents including the transfer of ownership, AA cover and road tax. All done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
